Empowering

education

Over the past four decades, the Trust has created a legacy of hope and upliftment, notably through initiatives involving education. Every year, the Trust offers financial grants to students from low-income families. The beneficiaries of these grants include now-successful doctors and engineers who have improved their families’ finances.

In the remote village of Murugamalla, South India, the Trust has built a much-needed high school. With over 400 students daily, the school helps children gain access to a wider array of life choices. The Trust also regularly donates to other worthy social causes that immediately ameliorate the well-being of -struggling families.

eco friendly

Initiative

In our endeavor to champion eco-friendly practices, we have entered into a symbiotic relationship with Holy Waste, a pioneering firm that specializes in the recycling of floral and leaf remnants from temple rituals. In India, where countless tons of flowers and foliage are utilized daily in various cultural and religious contexts, the conscious disposal of these organic materials has been a longstanding challenge. Through this innovative partnership, we upcycle the residual flowers and leaves procured from Holy Waste, breathing new life into these otherwise discarded items by transforming temple offerings into fragrant agarbattis. This initiative not only prevents the accumulation of these biodegradable materials in landfills and waterways but also serves as a tribute to the sacred origins of the floral matter.
